He has a strong interest in speaking at various churches, conferences, and special events.  In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, riding four wheelers, vacationing, and last but certainly not least, is a huge U.K. basketball fan. James Anthony Adams was born in Murray, Kentucky, on September 7, 1967, the fourth and youngest son of Ronald and Joretta Adams.  A life-long resident of Graves County, Tony grew up in Mayfield and graduated from Mayfield High School in 1985. At twelve years of age, Tony was led to the Lord on his parents’ front porch by a man from a neighborhood church, who was witnessing door to door. Tony was licensed to preach the Gospel in 1995 and ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1998. Tony’s primary responsibilities in his previous staff positions were in the areas of pastoring, education, discipleship, and overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the church. In 2000, Tony graduated from Mid-Continent University with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education. He received a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary in 2009.  Tony received a certificate of completion from the Center of Biblical Counseling in 2002. Tony has served as an adjunct professor at Mid-Continent University since 2009, teaching in both the traditional and Advantage programs. Family is an important aspect of Tony’s life.  He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 22 years.  They have two daughters, Heather and Tyler, both students at Graves County High School.  In addition to spending time with his family, Tony’s interests include reading, writing, history, and playing golf.
Kyle Howard has been with His House since the beginning--May 18, 2003. Starting out as a volunteer keyboard player, Kyle went on staff in March of 2007 as Worship Pastor. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Graves County, and is excited about seeing this region transformed for the cause of Christ. Kyle graduated from Murray State University in May 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with an area in Marketing. A passionate musician, Kyle enjoys listening to, writing, recording, and playing any kind of music. He also enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and like Pastor Spence, enjoys a good cup of coffee (with cream and sugar!). Kyle loves seeing believers channel their gifts and talents into serving Jesus, and longs to glorify Jesus with his own life.
Dustin McClain is the Student Pastor at His House Ministries, and three simple statements sum up his life: he is hidden in Christ, he loves his wife Allie and his daughter Conlee like crazy, and he has a passion for the next generation. Dustin graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and enjoys hunting, spending time with his wife and daughter, any kind of sport (especially involving the Kentucky Wildcats or the St. Louis Cardinals) and is passionate about making Jesus' name famous among students and people.
Paula Mergen is the Financial Assistant at His House Ministries. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Paula lives in Mayfield with her husband and two children. They moved from Connecticut in July of 2010 and love their new home in Graves County. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family. A neighbor invited the Mergens to visit His House when they first moved, and they've been attending ever since. Paula loves Jesus and desires to show His love to everyone around her every day.
Teka Glisson is the HH Kidz Coordinator. She earned her Associates degree at Mid-Continent University in 2009. Teka lives in Mayfield with her husband, Randy, and they have four children and one awesome grandson! She feels very blessed to be a small part of a spirit-led church that is leading children to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Her ambition in life is to show compassion to everyone, and she wants everyone to feel the love and peace that people can only receive through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Michael Brown serves as the Campus Manager for His House, overseeing all aspects of facility use and maintenance. Michael has attended His House since 2003. He and his wife of 19 years, Natalie, have three kids--Kayla, Nathanial, and Garrett. In his spare time, Michael enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and pretty much any other outdoor activity. Michael is a native of Graves County, and he has a desire to see people come into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
Vickie Futrell is the Ministry Assistant for His House Ministries.  Vickie was born in Detroit, but has lived in Graves County since her parents moved back to Kentucky in 1968.  She and her husband, Steve, are the parents of three children and nine grandchildren.  After being out of church for over 30 years, Vickie longed for the kind of faith that her father had shown during his bout with cancer that ultimately ended in his death.  After walking into the cafe area of His House in September of 2008, she knew she had found the church home that she was looking for.  Her passion is loving people right where they are.  Vickie says, "I'm not a hand shaking kind of girl...everybody can use a good hug!  You just never know what your touch might mean to another person."  Vickie wants everyone, no matter who they are to see the love of Jesus in her.
