Chad Lamb is the Lead Pastor and one of the founding Pastors of His House Ministries. Chad was born and raised in Graves County, Kentucky. Chad started his journey with Christ by riding a church van to Trace Creek Baptist Church as a child, where he later made Jesus the Lord and Savior of his life at a summer camp in 1989. Chad later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-Continent University in 2000. He also holds numerous licenses in the investment and insurance industry. Chad also has a strong interest in speaking at various churches, conferences, and special events. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, riding four wheelers, vacationing, and last but certainly not least, is a huge U.K. basketball fan. His passion in life is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Spencer Pate is the Pastor of Discipleship. Spencer was born in Fulton, Kentucky and raised in Graves County. His journey with Christ began when he was a senior in high school. It was after years of having religion but not Jesus Christ that in September of 1991, through God’s grace, Spencer saw his sinfulness and received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of his life. After submitting to God’s call to preach in 1995, Spencer went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-Continent University in 2000. After 15 years of pastoring churches Spencer and his wife Ginger, along with their four children, were led by God to His House Ministries in January of 2012. Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing sports, hunting, studying weather, and a good cup of black coffee. His passion is the Lord Jesus and he longs for others to know how glorious He is.
Kyle Howard has been with His House since the beginning--May 18, 2003. Starting out as a volunteer keyboard player, Kyle went on staff in March of 2007 as Worship Pastor. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Graves County, and is excited about seeing this region transformed for the cause of Christ. Kyle graduated from Murray State University in May 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with an area in Marketing. A passionate musician, Kyle enjoys listening to, writing, recording, and playing any kind of music. He also enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and like Pastor Spence, enjoys a good cup of coffee (with cream and sugar!). Kyle loves seeing believers channel their gifts and talents into serving Jesus, and longs to glorify Jesus with his own life.
Dustin McClain is the Student Pastor at His House Ministries, and three simple statements sum up his life: he is hidden in Christ, he loves his wife Allie, and he has a passion for the next generation. Dustin is currently a senior mechanical engineering student at the University of Kentucky and enjoys hunting, spending time with his wife, any kind of sport (especially involving the Kentucky Wildcats or the St. Louis Cardinals) and is passionate about making Jesus' name famous among students and people.
Lee joins our His House staff as Children's Pastor. He is a perfect fit in this position because, in his own words, he has "the mind of a child"! Lee was called by God into volunteering in children's ministry at His House in 2006. He has a passion to make sure children understand what salvation is, see them come to Christ and live in Him. Lee wants kids to see that being a Christian is not boring or lame, but that Jesus is the coolest most awesome person that has ever been and will ever be! Lee enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and simply being outdoors. Lee says, "I want kids to look up to me and think I'm cool but not because of me, I want them to see Jesus in me and see just how cool He is!"
